Mastic Asphalt Plant

Mastic asphalt is a fine-structured asphalt type obtained by blending stone powder, filler, mill sand, calcite and modified bitumen above 200°C. It is typically preferred for pavements and bridge deck surfacing. While application is labor-intensive, paved roads can be opened to traffic quickly.

Production Features

  • Additional heating and dosing systems added to standard asphalt production plants
  • Necessary adjustments made to rotary dryer and filter components
  • Safe and homogeneous production at high temperatures

Our Services

  • Mastic asphalt plant installation and commissioning
  • Retrofit and maintenance on existing plants
  • Production optimization and quality control

Advantages

  • Fine-structured, durable asphalt production
